A. | An Executive Session Pursuant to Section 1-11-(C)(7), W.M.C., for the Purpose of Discussing the City's Position on Issues Subject to Formal Negotiation, and the Progress and Status of such Negotiation, and Pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(e)(I), C.R.S., for the Purpose of Determining Positions Relative to Matters that may be Subject to Negotiations and Instructing Negotiators, Related to Funding and Construction of the New Westminster Municipal Court Building and the Potential Inclusion of the Community Reach Center.
